"I feel compelled to share my satisfaction with Danny McElroy. 6 months ago I was searching cheaper insurance. At the time, I couldn't find a better deal... Fast forward to present time- Danny calls back (THANK GOODNESS) to offer me a quote I couldn't pass up! What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, across-the-board. "Just wanted to give this office Kudos for service and professionalism!!! Especially to Albert our agent. He was awesome to work with! He explained all my options and was so helpful in helping me decide what was the best for my family. He was very patient too as I couldn't actually start my policy until a certain date and I kept in contact with him. Plus he also followed up with me. But when I did visit the office to complete the transaction I was happy to find out he saved us $600 a year with better coverage for our auto coverage we switched from another company I had for over 15 years and rates went up every year with perfect driving records!!. Not right. Thanks Albert for all you did to help us. Its very much appreciated. If your in need of a great agent visit this office in Oldsmar and all of his team will be happy to help you.
